The April 17th varsity game against the Enloe Eagles had its fair share of good and bad. Nine minutes into the first quarter, an Enloe Eagle player went down after colliding with a Jaguar -- resulting in a broken bone. Once the game was able to resume, the Jags ended up winning 20-1 (it was 17-2 the last time they played the Eagles). Goals were scored by 8 different varsity players: Jay Cohn (6), Tyler Fields (4), Caleb Deak (3), Carson Andrews (2), Braiden Stanert (2), Zander Adkins (1), Brower Everhouse (1) and Brandon Lee (1). Cali had 7 solid saves - only allowing one goal. And Liam Craig won 18 of 20 face-offs for a 90% win percentage.

A highlight for the night was Carson Andrews scoring his 100th career goal! He'll be heading to Newbury College to play lacrosse in the Fall, and they're lucky to have him. Congrats Carson!

Senior player, Kellen Johnson (#11), commented: "It was tragic what happened to that kid, but we were able to lock back in and handle business."

The JV team also secured a victory against the Eagles, winning 5-3 with goals by Harrison, Bradyn Evans and Drew Worthy.

The JV and Varsity Jags take on the Leesville Pride, April 20th.
