Jags come up just short against Wolverines

The Jaguars hit the road again for the 2nd day in a row to take on another quality team in the Wakefield Wolverines. Their face-off specialist has committed to Ohio State and he was as advertised! The Wolverines came out in a zone that stymied the Jags in the first half. Staring a a 5 goal deficit at half, the Jaguars chose to fight back. They figured out the zone and played extremely well. The rally fell short in the end and the Wolverines secured the hard fought 8 - 5 victory. The Jaguars again had offensive output from the steady Tyler Fields, 2 goals, 2 assists. Myzaiah Garris also scored 2 goals with absolute rockets! Quinton Goodwin tallied his first goal of the season as well. Wes Cohn had a phenomenal game at LSM, recording 8 ground balls and 6 takeaways. Luke Valyo, Jacob Woodall, and Kellen Johnson also had 2 takeaways a piece as the defense took a step towards improvement!
