In a compelling display of skill and teamwork, the Athens Drive Jags showcased their prowess in a recent lacrosse match against Cary High School.  Jay Cohn was a standout performer, amassing an impressive tally of 3 goals and 2 assists. Brower Evenhouse and Jack Danjczek also made significant contributions, each scoring 3 goals. Ryan Kuppler added to the scoreboard with 2 goals, while Jack Thompson and Justin Stanert each netted one, rounding out a well-distributed scoring effort.

The Jags' defense was just as formidable. Michael Wirt excelled at faceoffs, winning 61.1% of his draws, which was vital in controlling the game's pace. Jack Thompson was a force on defense, leading with 7 ground balls, while Harrison Baublitz and Reiter Healey supported with 5 ground balls each. Additionally, Ryan Kuppler scooped up 4 ground balls.

Turnovers were effectively forced by Jay Cohn and Owen Honnold, who each caused 2. The match was not only a testament to the Athens Drive Jags' offensive capabilities but also highlighted their strategic and cohesive play.
